Discover what AI and data can do for you

Artificial intelligence and data are already transforming the practices of our audiences and visitors.

This journey helps cultural and tourism organizations understand what their data is, how AI can support them in practical ways, and how to prepare for it with clarity.

Your challenges

What is a piece of data in a cultural or tourism organization?
Where is your data located, and how is it used?
Which practical AI use cases are relevant, from creation to distribution?
How can you prepare to integrate AI in a responsible and realistic way?

FAQ

Is this journey right for you? Here are a few questions to help clear up any lingering uncertainties.

If you’re still unsure, let’s talk!

The practices of audiences, communities, and visitors are evolving quickly, as are the digital tools that influence creation, distribution, and the discoverability of content.

The rise of new approaches — such as automating certain tasks, generative AI, or the shift of search engines toward GEO-type logic — is pushing organizations to rethink their practices, sometimes without a clear framework.

Whether or not you choose to adopt these technologies, it is becoming essential to understand what’s coming so you can decide on your posture, support change, and act with clarity.

This training helps you step back, better understand these transformations, and equip teams to define an approach aligned with their values and reality.

This session is intended for:

leadership teams in cultural and tourism organizations (executive leadership, creation, sales, marketing);
– any internal team looking to begin or structure the adoption of data and AI;
associations and sector groups that want to offer their members a practical understanding of possible AI uses.

The goal is to inform, reassure, and inspire the development of data and AI projects adapted to the realities of the sector.

This training primarily aims to demystify data and AI and establish shared foundations. While it draws on practical cases, it focuses above all on principles, mechanisms, and broader issues.

Discussion is encouraged, especially around the practical and ethical implications of AI in your work.

If you are looking for a more operational workshop — for example, focused on generative AI — we offer dedicated formats to identify and test concrete uses within your teams.

If there is a particular topic you’re interested in, or a skill you’d like to explore in more depth, we can also discuss designing a training that truly fits your team. Write to us at info@gradiant.ai

Our examples come from projects carried out with a wide range of cultural and tourism organizations: museums, venues, festivals, digital initiatives, and projects led by players in publishing, music, film, or theatre.

Depending on your challenges, we select cases from our experience or from inspiring practices observed in the field, ensuring they are relevant and transferable to your reality.
